Directors
Alpina Polotskaya has worked as a therapeutic massage therapist and physical therapist in Ireland for over ten years. She graduated from the Russian state University of Sochi with a degree in Health and Physical Culture in 1998. She has also achieved certification in physical therapies in Russia and manual lymphatic drainage in Canada as well as training internationally in a wide range of therapeutic massage therapies. Since establishing Alpine Holistic Centres Ltd. in 2003 she has successfully expanded the Centre year after year by increasing its client base largely on word-of-mouth referral and appearing at several corporate health fairs and Irish Organic Farmers markets in Dublin.
Jennifer Fernandes worked in advertising & marketing in client service, writing and design for over ten years in Vancouver, Canada and with a degree in Journalism continues to write for pleasure. She happily assists with the day-to-day administration of the Centre since getting involved with its web and brochure design in 2005.
Our On-Call Team at Your Service
Our Centre is committed to working with a number of health professionals extensively trained in their field.
Assisting with therapeutic massage treatments and physical therapies when required our extended team is available to be scheduled for a variety of spa treatments such as hot stone massage; individual or group exercise classes such as Hatha yoga or Pilates; personal one-on-one training sessions in our gym; corporate on-site therapeutic massage; on-site therapeutic massage for concerts and events; and private house calls for established, long term clients only needing therapeutic massage on a portable therapeutic massage table.
