Dr Lester combines many disciplines into a therapeutic acupressure massage called “Dao Qi”, or Energy’s Righteous Path. Dao Qi Massage includes, Shiatsu, Acupressure, Strain Counter Strain, Muscle Energy Technique, Naturopathic Manipulation Therapy and Dr Lester’s intuitive healing hands.
This therapy helps to enliven the body and quiet the mind. It leaves you feeling your body in new ways and knowing that it is functioning better after the session.
Most Acupuncture sessions will have brief Dao Qi Massage prior to needles to both relax the body and help assess where blockages are located.
